Additionally included in this recent image release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key identifying distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
